You are warmly invited to our Health + Harmony Circle this June — a nurturing space to share, connect, and be supported on your journey toward greater wellbeing.

Held on the Winter Solstice, this gathering is an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and return to your centre. Together in community, we’ll create a safe, non-judgmental space for each person to share their health story — whether physical, emotional, or spiritual — and be gently held in presence and compassion.

We’ll be guided through simple yet powerful Yogic practices to restore balance and harmony in the body and mind. Expect breathwork, gentle movement, meditation, and supportive conversation that foster inner peace, resilience, and renewed clarity.
