An Immersive Experience into the Power of Your Breath
Join us for a transformative afternoon dedicated to the art and science of breathing. This two-hour immersion will weave together the ancient wisdom of Yogic Pranayama with the modern practice of Conscious Connected Breathwork, offering you tools to access deeper states of presence, embodiment, and liberation.
Through guided techniques, you’ll learn how the breath can shift your nervous system, release stored tension, expand awareness, and open you to greater clarity and freedom. This journey is designed to help you connect inward, dissolve barriers, and experience the profound intelligence that lies within each inhale and exhale.

Yin + Pins
Step into an evening of deep rest and gentle renewal as Vicky from Flow State Yoga and Sarah Napier from Hypha Forest guide you through a nourishing journey of yin yoga and acupuncture.
Saturday 15th November
5:00 – 7:00pm
In this two-hour immersion, you’ll be invited to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms.
Yin Yoga with Vicky – Melt into restorative postures supported by props, designed to release tension held in the fascia, joints, and subtle energy pathways of the body. As you linger in each shape, breath and awareness deepen, creating space for stillness and surrender.
Acupuncture with Sarah – While you rest in your yin shapes, Sarah will offer gentle acupuncture, weaving the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine to balance qi, calm the nervous system, and invite a profound sense of harmony and ease.
Together, yin and acupuncture create a synergy that supports both physical and energetic alignment. The practice nourishes your inner landscape – offering restoration for the body, quietude for the mind, and renewal for the spirit.
No previous yoga or acupuncture experience is required. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to be held in a cocoon of healing energy.
