Our Journey
Welcome to our community.
We acknowledge and honour the traditional custodians of the land on which our shala was built upon; the First Nations people of the Gundungarrah and Dharug nations of the Greater Blue Mountains.

Our Story
In 2021, our founder Vicky took a leap of faith and trust in the universe during the pandemic and began to create the foundations of a Yoga studio to serve the Greater Blue Mountain community. A few months later, we opened our doors of our shala for any member of the community to practice.
Built from the vision of creating a container of inclusivity and accessibility for all, what we know as Flow State today quickly turned into something far greater than simply a Yoga studio.
Our shala became a place where potential could be unleashed to the world and authenticity embraced. Flow State became a container of healing, transformation, collective harmony and the expression of the most incredible qualities of what it means to be human, and to be in community.

Everyday, our studio continues to evolve, serving the community at the core of our being, to create a positive impact for the wellbeing (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual) for all.

It's been an incredible, wild journey so far.

Join along.

See you in our shala,
The Flow State Family
