What happens when we stop trying to push our emotions away, and instead create the space to feel what has been held beneath the surface?

Unveiling is an immersive exploration of the body’s relationship with emotion, inviting you to move beyond simply thinking about what you feel and into the embodied experience of it.

Through somatic practices, conscious connected breathwork and meditation, we’ll explore the places within us where emotions may have become suppressed, disconnected or difficult to access.
