Blue Mountains Classes
Our classes are tailored to all levels of experience with Yoga, from beginner to advanced. Our teachers are trained to give variations and alternatives for all students to experience beneficial, accessible and inclusive Yoga practices.
Vinyasa Yoga
A dynamic, breath-led practice that links movement and awareness through fluid sequencing. Vinyasa Yoga builds strength, mobility, and cardiovascular vitality while encouraging presence and flow. Expect creative transitions, moments of challenge, and opportunities to explore ease within movement. Suitable for those who enjoy an active, expressive practice.
Hatha Yoga
A steady and intentional practice rooted in traditional yoga. Hatha Yoga focuses on alignment, breath, and holding postures with awareness, allowing time to explore each shape fully. This class supports strength, flexibility, balance, and mental clarity. Suitable for all levels, including beginners and those seeking a slower, more mindful pace.
Yin Yoga
A slow, meditative practice that targets the deeper connective tissues, joints, and fascia through long-held, passive postures. Yin Yoga supports mobility, circulation, and energetic balance while calming the nervous system. With an emphasis on stillness and inner awareness, this class invites deep rest, release, and reflection.
Kundalini Yoga
A powerful practice combining movement, breathwork, mantra, and meditation to awaken and circulate energy through the body. Kundalini Yoga works with rhythmic sequences (kriyas) to strengthen the nervous system, expand awareness, and support emotional resilience. This class is both energising and deeply transformative.
Slow Flow
A gentle, nourishing practice that blends fluid movement with mindful pacing. Slow Flow offers space to feel each transition and breath, supporting nervous system regulation and embodied awareness. Ideal for those seeking a softer approach to flow while still enjoying continuous movement.
Somatic Self Care
A therapeutic, body-led practice focused on restoring ease, safety, and connection within the body. Somatic Self Care uses slow, mindful movement and sensory awareness to release habitual tension and support nervous system regulation. Ideal for stress relief, recovery, and deep listening to the body.
Breath Awareness + Yoga Nidra
A deeply calming class centred on conscious breathing and guided rest. Breath Awareness practices support balance of the nervous system and cultivate presence, followed by Yoga Nidra — a guided meditation that leads the body into profound relaxation while awareness remains awake. Ideal for stress reduction, emotional integration, and improved sleep.
Mat Pilates
A structured, low-impact strength practice focused on core stability, alignment, and functional movement. Mat Pilates builds strength, coordination, and body awareness through precise, controlled exercises. Suitable for all levels and supportive of injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Aerial Vinyasa
A playful and empowering fusion of yoga and aerial movement using the hammock for support and exploration. Aerial Vinyasa blends flowing sequences, strength-building poses, and moments of suspension to enhance mobility, confidence, and spatial awareness. Suitable for those comfortable with dynamic movement.
Aerial Restorative
A deeply soothing practice that uses the aerial hammock as a supportive cocoon for rest and release. Aerial Restorative allows the body to fully relax in suspended, gravity-assisted postures, gently decompressing the spine and calming the nervous system. Perfect for recovery, stress relief, and deep rest.
