As the physical layers release, reiki is offered to encourage energetic balance, emotional nourishment, and deep inner calm.

Held in a quiet, candlelit atmosphere, this immersion invites you to slow right down—allowing stillness, breath, and subtle energy to do the work. You may experience a sense of grounding, warmth, spaciousness, or gentle emotional release as the body and energy field recalibrate.

This practice is suitable for all bodies and all levels. No prior experience with yin or reiki is needed—only a willingness to rest and receive.
